The beginning of everything.

I took my first steps as an Athlete in 2002, and received the “Rising Star Award” from the International Amateur Athletic Federation.

In the same year as I was taking my first steps and received the “Rising Star Award”, KIO was born as a company looking to make people’s lives easier through technology.

In 2008, I broke the Olympic record by running the 100 meter sprint in 9.69 seconds. I could have retired right then, but I knew I could give more.

One year later, in Berlin, I decided to take things one step further and finished in 9.58 seconds.
